FAQs
Will a degree from a foreign country work in the USA for teaching?
Mostly yes, given that it is from an accredited institution, recognized in the United States, and evaluated by an approved evaluation agency.

What certification/course should a foreign non-immigrant do to become a full-time teacher in the USA?
Some of the requirements are provided by the state teaching commission. Most require a bachelor’s degree or equivalence. If international, you may also be required to provide a teaching certificate.
Other documents requirements will be addressed by each state, like passing certain exams, background checks, and other appropriate assessments for educators.
